Interactive Reiki Workshop
Kick off the eclipse season by learning how to use your energy to grow and heal. I'll be explaining what energy work is and how it can help stabilize and raise your vibration. We'll also be doing three self healing exercises! Please sign up in advance so we have enough hard copies to pass out!

About the event
What is reiki? Why are there multiple types? How does reiki work?
We'll discuss that and also cover:
- The difference between reiki styles: Quantum Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Earth Balance Reiki, etc.
- The Five Principles of reiki and basic reiki symbols
- The Law of Vibration and attunements
- Three self-healing energy work exercises
Handouts will be provided. Please bring a journal and pen to record your experiences from the meditation and healing exercises.
