Empowerment through Kundalini Energy Work

I will teach you how to connect to your Highest Self and most Authentic Self, through energy work techniques and different emotional, mental, and spiritual exercises. You will be attuned to Kundalini Reiki, which will allow you to tap into your personal energy to control and change the vibration of your bio-magnetic field. You'll also be tracking your emotions and experiences through these attunements. By doing this, you will see the different shifts and changes that you're going through while integrating this new energy. There are no wrong answers. Just trust the process, and let everything flow naturally.

Later, we will reflect on the transformations you've seen so far. How has your life shifted spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically? Are you recognizing unhealthy relationships or self-sabotaging behaviors that you thought were “normal”? Are there boundaries that you need to put up to change any toxic relationships into healthier ones? 

As we go over these questions and more, you will move deeper within, connecting to your inner fire and your authentic self.
